We stayed in the Queen room which was nice and I had breakfast included which was decent but handy. The service was pleasant, warm and efficient. The location was perfect, the suite is situated in the centre of the city so it was ideal for travelling to the Bull Ring and the German Market.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall my experience was positive. The room was clean and spacious, the reception staff was welcoming, and the location was great, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of options to choose from.
Overall a fantastic hotel I will highly recommend .Definately pay the extra and book a club room !! A big thank you to Arthur at reception and Nevin in the Club lounge
Everything about this hotel is superb. We needed a dog friendly hotel and it certainly is that. But that's not to say that any guests without dogs are aware of them as certain areas are understandably out of bounds to dogs.

The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, well done to the cleaners. The breakfast ???? was also delicious and there was something for everyone. I would absolutely recommend coming here and I'm definitely going to be coming again.
I stayed here recently. I found the hotel to be drab, lifeless and tired. I stayed in a room which overlooked the most depressing view of a flat roof and some scruffy looking offices directly opposite. It was grim and somewhat depressing to peer out from the curtains which I kept shut for the duration. The chap on the desk said he had a lovely room for me so I was eagerly anticipating something rather special. Instead I was greeted with a basic room that was clean and tidy with adequate facilities. My next door neighbour was playing dance anthems at top notch. There was access to the room next door by an adjoining door.
Just go to the one in Birmingham china town so much better can have a good time and laugh with dealers which will make your night
First impressions, it wasn't obvious to see when walking towards it and following Google maps, but hey, it wasn't far to walk from New Street. Good location and a nice looking hotel once inside. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, with a large bathroom plus a kitchenette.
It's been a long time since I used this hotel, it's not as good as it used to be, the service has definitely gone down hill. The parking is a nightmare. What's happened to the concierge, a distant memory. There are much better hotels in Birmingham now. Disappointing.
Upon entry I created a membership and filled out the form using a branded Genting pen which I decided to keep (lol) The desk staff were friendly but serious - this is where I was then told I could claim a free £10 - yipeeeee - I made my way to the bar when I was greeted by John the Barman - where when showing him my newly created membership card -received 10% of my bill- John was efficient and friendly and then as I was walking round the tables staff advised me on roulette tables where I decided to play with the dealer - communication Glasgow slots was clear and easy to understand the rules and minimum bets upon that table - when WON I decided that table was not for me - overall I had a fantastic time and look forward to finding out more unlock-able benefits my membership brings !
